STRONG MIND=STRONG BODY!

In my 40 years of training I have seen many exercise protocols come and go. and in my own experience, and that of my numerous clients, is the approach of High Intensity/Low Volume training for strength and, joint health.

Many programmes consist of multiple sets and reps which over time, causes severe wear and tear on the joints which then can lead to injury and pain.

My approach is one of which anyone, man or woman, young and old can actively apply with successful results. The idea of training for strength and, increased muscle size is not just for bodybuilders/power lifters. but is for anyone of any age looking to improve their all round health.

Strength training becomes even more important to us as we get older by making a muscle more active, to strengthen our bones and joints and more importantly, stave off the possibility of conditions such as osteoporosis.
